MORRISTOWN: The Mockingbirds, 6:30 p.m., hosted by Morristown Gateway Museum at fire hall pavilion; bluegrass, old-time, country, folk, Appalachian, and fiddle music styles; members include Barb Heller, Don Woodcock, Carter Houk, George Dodds, and special guests.

Seaway Festival

OGDENSBURG: 59th annual Ogdensburg International Seaway Festival kicks off Friday, July 19 with a week of amusement rides, live music, food, vendors, games, Founder’s Weekend re-enactments and other events; draws thousands of people to attend from all over the North Country and Canada; Green Mountain Amusements, Wrist Bracelet Day, Morrisette Park, 5-9 p.m.; Concert with the Ogdensburg Dance Center, Main Stage, Library Park, 7-9 p.m.

Encore of Met Opera
