OGDENSBURG: Tenth annual Hearty North Country Dinner, 3-6 p.m., Freight House Restaurant, 20 Market St.; sponsored by Caitie and Keith Morgan; $8, dessert will be $1; meatloaf, mashed potatoes, vegetables, bread and a beverage (coffee, tea or soda); take-outs available; attendees are asked to bring a cat or dog food item to be donated to the Ogdensburg Neighborhood Center; 315-393-9088.
