NORWOOD – A Sports for Cancer touch football tournament is set for 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 15 at the ball field on Prospect Street.
Requested is a $50 donation per team. Teams are up to eight people, no less than five, for five on field, and three substitutes.
The tournament is double elimination. Play is two-hand touch for two 10 minute halves. One first down is earned at mid-field. After a score the opposing team starts with ball just outside the goal line.
