CANTON -- A beginners tai-chi class will be offered at the Yoga Loft, 107½ Main St., from 3:45 to 4:45 p.m. Tuesdays from Sept. 20 to Nov. 29.
Students will learn principles of tai-chi ch’uan and the postures and transitions of the first section of the Yang-style short form.
Tai chi is a stress reduction method, health exercise, a moving meditation, philosophical path to help navigate the challenges in life, and a system of self-defense.
