The Health Initiative's Creating Healthy Places St. Lawrence County project has teamed up with the St. Lawrence County Office for the Aging and Clarkson University's Physical Therapy graduate program to bring a personalized, fun, and free exercise program to the community focusing on getting active, group exercises with individual attention, and common ways to make exercise part of your everyday routine.
