MASSENA – Operation Christmas Child Full Circle Speaker, Livia Satterfield, will speak at the New Testament Church, Andrews Street, at 2:30 p.m., Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 17 and 18.
She was a 9-year-old orphan in Romania when she received a shoebox filled with hygiene items, school supplies and small gifts through the charity Samaritan’s Purse.
She was one of the last children to be adopted from Romania before they closed the border for adoption.
