CANTON – The Office for the Aging’s Advisory Council will host a meeting Feb. 10 at 10 a.m. at the Human Service Building in the second floor conference room. Kelly Friot, principal social welfare examiner from the Department of Social Services, will be the guest speaker. She will be giving a Food Stamp Program presentation explaining recent changes.
