NORWOOD -- The North Country Community Chorus will host its annual variety show, this year with a 50s theme, on Friday, May 10, at 7 p.m. in the Norwood-Norfolk CS auditorium.
Kids and adults of all ages will perform 50s favorites, like “Jailhouse Rock,” “Shake, Rattle and Roll” and “Sh-Boom,” just to mention a few. There will even be a surprise visit from Lucille Ball.
Local businesses and individuals have donated prizes for the group’s yearly raffle. A concession stand will offer a wide variety of home baked goods which are included in the admission fee.
Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for students. Raffle tickets will sell at 3 for $5 and 8 for $10.
