OGDENSBURG -- A one-day MASH Camp for students in grades 8–12 will be held on Thursday, Feb. 21, from 8 a.m.-3 p.m. at Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center.
The camp is offered by a partnership of the Northern Area Health Education Center Inc. in Canton and the hospital.
Students will explore healthcare careers through hands-on activities in a wide variety of departments throughout the hospital, such as physical therapy, radiology, medical laboratory, pharmacy and occupational therapy.
They will also see SimMan, an advanced patient simulator in action.
The camp is free and lunch is provided.
Participants are responsible for their own transportation and must have a current flu shot.
