CRANBERRY LAKE -- The fourth annual Cranberry Lake Art Show will be held Saturday and Sunday, Aug. 10-11, in Cranberry Lake at the Fire Hall on Route 3, featuring more than 40 North Country artists.
Those participating have very diverse artistic mediums, featuring glass blowing, oils and watercolors, wood fish and decoys, quilting, rug hooking, jewelry making and photography, said a press release from organizers.
The show is open 10 a.m.-3 p.m. both days. All are welcome to an artist’s reception Saturday from 1-3 p.m., immediately followed by an auction of original art created by the show artists.
The auction will feature artistic creations incorporating hand carved wood fish as the centerpiece of their art.
A silent auction of artist supplied pieces runs throughout the show, providing a chance to take home a piece of local art.
