One of the featured items is Good Culture cottage cheese, in classic, blueberry and strawberry flavors.
This extra creamy cottage cheese is made with live and active cultures, but without additives and artificial preservatives.
Good Culture cottage cheese is high in protein with organic and non-GMO ingredients and contains milk from grass-fed, free roaming cows living on sustainable family farms.
There will also be two flavors of Dr. Praeger’s hash browns, four potato and sweet potato, available for sampling.
They are made with simple whole food ingredients and are Kosher, certified gluten-free, and non-GMO.
The Potsdam Food Co-op & Carriage House Bakery and Deli is located at 24 Elm St. and is open daily from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
It is a member-owned cooperative grocery store (although membership is not required) where everyone is welcome to shop and anyone is welcome to join.
