OGDENSBURG – The memory of local newspaper man Charles “Chuck” Kelly who died earlier this year will be honored tomorrow with new road signs dedicated to him.
State Senator Patty Ritchie and State Assemblyman Mark Walczyk will join local officials to unveil the new signs along State Route 37 honoring Kelly, an award-winning journalist and Ogdensburg advocate.
The unveiling will take place Tuesday, Oct. 8, 2019 at 3:30 p.m. on State Route 37, just beyond the entrance to the St. Lawrence County Psychiatric Center’s Children’s Youth Services facility entrance across the highway from ACCO, said a press release from Ritchie’s office.
