MASSENA -- The Massena Senior Citizens organization will offer the AARP driver-safety program Thursday and Friday, May 30 and 31 at the Massena Community Center on Beach Street.
The course is suitable for all drivers — regardless of age.
Participants who complete the course receive a three-year insurance discount and are eligible to reduce up to four points on their New York State driver’s license.
Classes are scheduled from 9:30 a.m.-1 p.m.
Class size is limited and pre-registration is required by calling 315-769-7810 no later than May 23. Participants must attend both sessions.
The fee is $20 for AARP members and $25 for non-members. Participants can pay by check or exact cash at the first class session.
Participants must bring their driver’s license and a current AARP card (if a member). For the first class session, participants must arrive no later than 9:15 a.m.
