MASSENA -- Kaneb Orchards recently won awards in the New York International Beer & Cider Competition.
They won gold in the modern cider category for their Raquette River Cider, silver for their Grasse River and “Upstate New York Cider Producer of the Year.”
The event was a trade only blind judging panel. At this beer competition held in New York City, the retail store buyer, cicerone, sommelier, restaurant beverage director, hotelier, distributor and importer were the judges.
