POTSDAM — Eternity Bridal and Boutique will move July 1 to its new location at 36 Market St. in downtown Potsdam.

Owners Selwyn S. Jamurath and Jacqueline Green said they chose to move for several reasons.

“One reason is that the parking is congested where we are presently in the Seacomm Plaza for our customers during prime hours,” they said in a press release.

They have also added a new line of wedding dresses for customers called Justin Alexander Bridals, in addition to the lines that they already carry, Stella York Bridals, Allure Bridals, Every Body Every Bride for size 18+ customers, and an in-house lines, Eternity Bridal and Boutique Exclusive Designs, in addition to bridesmaid’s and mother's dresses, prom gowns, and tuxedo and suit rentals.

“If you watch ‘say ‘Yes to the Dress,’ we carry some of their lines that make sense for our local market and budgets, so there is no reason to go outside of the region for a new trendy wedding dress that you see on TV,” the owners said

Bridal gowns in Potsdam range from $799-$1,799.

“You get what you pay for in bridal and prom, so we strive to provide great quality products at a reasonable price point based on what the local market will bear and do no carry inferior quality products,” the release said.

“The community has been great to us since we opened, and we're very appreciative for their support,” Green and Jamurath said.
