POTSDAM -- The “Cheel” Craft, Food and Wine Show hosted by the St. Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce is moving the a new location for this year’s show.
Due to ongoing construction on Clarkson's Cheel Arena, the show will be held across town, at SUNY Potsdam. The new location for this year’s event will be SUNY Potsdam’s Maxcy Hall on Nov. 2 from noon-8 p.m. and Nov. 3 from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. There is a $5 admission at the door and kids 12 and younger are admitted free.
A free shuttle will run from Pine Street Arena to Maxcy Hall on both days.
The 2018 Craft, Food & Wine Show will feature local artisans selling handcrafted or homemade products, including food, jewelry, quilts, furniture, hand-turned bowls, and rolling pins, photography, artwork, and more. Wine tastings will be available from regional producers.
The location change for the event has opened the opportunity for more vendors at the show.
For more information on the event, or if you would like to be a vendor, email Jo Ann jo@slcchamber.org, call 315-386-4000, or visit us online at www.SLCchamber.org .
The annual Craft, Food and Wine Show is organized by the St. Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce and supported by United Helpers and St. Lawrence NYSARC.
