POTSDAM -- Gray & Gray and Associates certified public accountants has purchased the Potsdam CPA firm of Larry Reece.

With this acquisition, Gray & Gray has opened an office at 63 Market St. in Potsdam, in the Aubuchon Village professional building.

The two full time employees of Larry Reece, CPA, Patti O’Neil and Jeff Dollinger, have been retained and are currently working for the firm alongside the other 11 employees of Gray & Gray including three certified public accountants.

Larry Reece will be available, on an as-needed basis, to assist in the transition of his former clients to Gray & Gray and Associates.

Gray and Gray has provided services for more than 42 years to clients across the northern New York region since 1977.

Their three CPAs have over 90 years of combined accounting experience and also serve clients from their other offices in Canton, Massena and Brooksville, Florida.

The firm provides services ranging from individuals and small startup businesses to multi-million dollar corporations doing business on an international basis.
