Box 975, Potsdam, NY 13676 or dropped off at our office, 19 Depot St., Potsdam. Photos are welcome, sent in .jpg format with e-mail or as prints if mailed or delivered in person.

When submitting announcements, make sure to include a daytime phone number we may call for confirmation or in case there are questions.

Remember to include:

-- name and hometown of the parents

-- name of the baby

-- date of birth

-- hospital where baby was born

Remember to double-check the spelling of people included in the announcement.
