GOUVERNEUR -- Gouverneur village police say two Gouverneur men have been charged with drug possession following a traffic stop on Grove Street.
According to police, Rodney C. Tracey, 54, and Jordan M. Halliday, 33, were found to be in possession of six grams of methamphetamine, 30 glassine envelopes envelopes that tested positive for fentanyl and small quantities of Oxcycodone and Pregabalin (Lyrica).
Tracey was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance (Stimulant), a class C felony, four counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and three counts of controlled substance not in original container.
Halladay was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Tracey was arraigned in Town of Gouverneur Court.
Halladay was released on an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Gouverneur Court at a later date.
