OGDENSBURG — A woman was charged with bringing contraband inside a prison Sunday morning, according to state police.
Amorsia Ortiz, 42, was charged with second-degree criminal possession of contraband at 11:07 a.m., officers said.
She was released on her own recognizance, police said.
GOUVERNEUR — A Brooklyn man was charged with introducing contraband into prison Sunday evening, according to state police.
Tyrone Minis, 74, was charged with second-degree introducing prison contraband at 5:25 p.m., police said.
He was cited and released, officers said.
