To the Editor:

I am writing this letter in support of Adam Jarrett, candidate for the St. Lawrence County Legislature, District 3 this fall.

I believe that Adam is not only highly qualified but will bring a fresh approach to government which, in my opinion, is desperately needed. Plainly and simply, he just wants to make life better in St. Lawrence County!

County government needs to change and it needs a bipartisan approach. Adam is running on the Democratic and Independent lines.

As a physician and former medical director, he has spent his career caring for patients and their families, listening to their concerns and working to find real solutions. I believe he has the skills to listen to the people of our district/county and is willing to work creatively to find solutions for the pressing issues of access to health care, increased food costs, increased property taxes, and quality of life for everyone in St. Lawrence County. He is not a career politician and believes in looking at the facts to focus on solutions that will work. He believes this is how local government should operate not with allegiance to partisan politics.

I hope you will join me in voting for Adam Jarrett, St. Lawrence County Legislator Candidate, District 3 which includes Morristown, Oswegatchie, Heuvelton, Rensselaer Falls and parts of Canton.
