MASSENA — State Police have arrested Loren R. Fitzgerald, 42, of St. Regis Falls, for making a threat of mass harm.
Troopers responded to the North Country Data Center located on County Route 45, in the town of Massena on Nov. 1 around 8:19 a.m. for a harassment complaint.
An investigation determined Fitzgerald, an employee of the North Country Data Center, had a meeting with management regarding workplace safety.
Fitzgerald left the meeting unhappy, and later that day was making threatening statements to coworkers as he left work, State Police claimed.
Fitzgerald was arrested and transported to SP Massena for processing.
He was released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Massena for a later date in November.
