LOUISVILLE — A Russell man was charged Tuesday evening following a stolen property complaint, according to state police.
Alan G. Adams, 40, was charged with third-degree criminal trespassing, fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, police said.
He was cited and released, officers said.
