At the Docks, LLC. an Ogdensburg business enterprise owned by Chris Frary, recently announced that an agreement has been signed with Wyndham Hotels as part of a plan to restore the former Ramada Inn. The plan includes a host of other improvements including a revamping of the Tiki Bar and a restaurant and event center along with additional boat docks. Frary has been working to secure two parcels at 17 Main Street in order to move the project forward. The parcel would be used to create storage facilities for boat docks.
