MADRID -- A Madrid man was charged following a vehicle larceny complaint Oct. 28, according to state police.
Corey M. Tisdale, 25, was charged with third-degree grand larceny, felony, at 4 p.m. on Nov. 30, officers said.
Troopers noted he was arrested out of state, but did not say where.
His arrest status was not made public.
