POTSDAM -- A Potsdam woman was charged with petit larceny Dec. 11 stemming from a shoplifting complaint Nov. 14 from Walmart, 7494 U.S. Highway 11, according to state police.
Lisa J. Fuller, 42, was cited for petit larceny and released on an appearance ticket returnable to town court at a later date, officers said.
