POTSDAM — Potsdam police said they charged several motorists with driving infractions over the last few days. Those charged included:
• Devin J. Smith, 23, Potsdam, was cited for speed in zone on Sandstone Drive at on Dec. 15 at 11:59 p.m. after allegedly driving 54 mph in a 30 mph zone.
• Shaun A. Engel, 42, Massena, was cited for driving on a suspended registration on Dec. 16 at 2:11 a.m.
• Cazmere L. Ponder, 21, Rochester, was cited for failure to obey a traffic control device at 3:59 a.m. on Dec. 16 on Union Street.
• Robert S. Bowen, 43, Potsdam, was cited for second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and insufficient turn signal on Dec. 17 at 1:17 a.m. on Broad Street, officers said.
All four subjects were cited and released, police said.
