Zachary Craig Dustin, 19, Farmington, was charged with speed in zone on Nov. 30 at 1:52 a.m. on Market St. Dustin was ticketed after being observed traveling 46 miles per hour in a posted 30 mph zone.

The ticket is returnable in Potsdam Town Court on Dec. 13.

Brian L. King II, 38, Parishville, was ticketed Nov. 30 on Elm Street for two counts of unsafe tires after patrol observed him driving a vehicle with tires that are wide and during the stop the tires were observed to be without tread with metal showing.

Madison Lynn Mason, 22, Potsdam, was charged with criminal mischief, third-degree unlicensed operation, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, leaving the scene of a property damage motor vehicle accident and operating without insurance on Nov. 30 at 3:12 a.m. on Market St.

Mason was arrested on a warrant for criminal mischief following an investigation into a motor vehicle accident on Leroy and Cottage Street on July 19. Mason was arraigned before Judge Mason in Potsdam Town Court and released on her own recognizance.
