Daniel R. Jordan, 27, Potsdam, was charged with third-degree criminal trespass, public housing, on Nov. 22 at 11:55 p.m. on Elm Street.

According to Potsdam police, Jordan was observed on property of a housing complex on Elm Street, which patrol knew there to be a no trespass order against Jordan for said property.

He is scheduled to appear in Potsdam Town Court on Dec. 6.
