Hailyn S. Buker, 19, Adams Center, was charged with speeding on Nov. 14 at 9:18 p.m. on Market Street.

Patrol observed her traveling at a high rate of speed on Sandstone Drive with radar confirming a speed of 47 mph in a 30 mph zone.

The ticket is returnable in Potsdam Town Court on Dec. 5.

Tyler R. Beamis, 19, Norwood, was charged with speeding and operating an uninspected motor vehicle on Nov. 14 on Sandstone Drive.

Beamis was observed traveling at a high rate of speed on Maple Street with radar confirming a speed of 59 mph in a 30 mph zone Patrol then observed Beamis fail to keep right on Sandstone Drive. Upon traffic stop it was also determined the vehicle was not inspected.

The ticket is returnable in Potsdam Town Court on Dec. 5.
