Lori A. Grant, 42, Norwood, was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs at 8:18 a.m. on Dec. 8 on Market St.

Patrols responded to a report of an unconscious female in a vehicle at a business on Market Street. Patrols determined Grant was the operator of the vehicle and that she was impaired by drugs.

The charge is returnable in Potsdam Town Court on Dec. 20.

Matthew A. Riggs, 24, Norwood, was charged with speed in zone at 11:11 p.m. on Dec. 8 on Main St. Riggs was ticketed after patrol observed him traveling on Main Street at 44 miles per hour in a posted 30 mph zone.
