Seth A. Covelli, 30, of 308 Jersey Ave., was charged with felony counts of first-degree rape and first-degree criminal sexual act.
On Aug. 5, Ogdensburg police opened an investigation into an alleged sexual assault. No details of the alleged sexual assault were released.
Covelli was arraigned in Ogdensburg City Court and was remanded to the St. Lawrence County Jail on $10,000 cash and $20,000 bond.
