CANTON -- A Norfolk man died in a motor vehicle accident Monday and several other people were injured, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies.
Kerry Baker, 55, died at the scene of the accident on Boyden Road Monday afternoon, deputies said.
The accident involved two vehicles, officers said.
Names of the other victims were not released.
Baker was reportedly a passenger in one of the vehicles.
Deputies said both drivers and four passengers were taken to Canton-Potsdam Hospital for treatment of their injuries.
Deputies were assisted on scene by Canton Fire, Canton Rescue, Colton Rescue, Potsdam Rescue and Pierrepont First Responders.
