COLTON -- A Norfolk man was charged Oct. 14 stemming from an alleged domestic dispute on Number 9 Road in December 2022, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies.
Matthew J. Allen, 37, was charged with aggravated family offense, felony, and second-degree criminal contempt, officers said.
Allen was arraigned on a warrant in Canton court and remanded to St. Lawrence County jail without bail, deputies said.
