HERMON — A Massena resident was charged with felonies following a fraud complaint May 30, according to state police.
Valeria A. Cleveland, 49, was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property: Possessing of stolen credit card and second-degree identity theft at 3:24 p.m., officers said.
Her arrest status was not made public.
