Massena police arrest four on felony drug charges after executing search warrant

MASSENA -- Massena police made multiple felony drug possession arrests on Oct. 6 after executing a search warrant on Spruce Street.

Police also charged Matthew A. Dewey, 35 with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: narcotic intent to sell and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: previous conviction. Both are B felonies. 

Also charged was Mark A. Preece, 41, of Massena. 

Police say he was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: narcotic intent to sell and fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: intent to sell (D Felony).

Police say Kristen P. Bevins, 31, was also charged following the execution of the search warrant. 

Police charged her with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: narcotic intent to sell (B Felony) and fifth degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: intent to sell (D Felony).

Recovered from the search warrant included 11.7 grams of cocaine, 26.47 grams of MDMA and one Psilocybin mushroom bar.

All individuals were arranged in Town of Massena Court and released.
