St. Lawrence County Sheriff's Deputies charged Jonathan M. Massic, 36, Massena, with Criminal Contempt in the second degree (Misdemeanor) after investigating a complaint on the Stanton Road, Town of Massena, where he was found to be in violation of a Temporary Order of Protection.
Massic was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Massena Town Court at a later date.
