MASSENA — A Massena man was charged with drug possession Wednesday evening, according to state police.
Matthew K. Baise, 50, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation at 5:01 p.m., officers said.
He was cited and released, police said.
