GOUVERNEUR — An Antwerp man was arrested on felony drug charges early this morning, according to state police.
Johnathon M. Rafferty, 36, was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 2:27 a.m., police said. Both charges are felonies.
He was also cited for seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal use of drug paraphernalia, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and using other vehicle without an interlock device, police said.
His arrest status was not made public.
