POTSDAM -- A Potsdam man has been charged in connection with the theft of a Department of Public Works vehicle last month, according to village police.
Ethan G. Ludlow, 22, was charged with third-degree grand larceny and third-degree criminal trespassing at 2:56 p.m., officers said.
Police received a report of a stolen DPW truck which was reportedly taken from a village facility on Oct. 29.
Ludlow was identified as a suspect and taken into custody and charged, police said.
Police have not yet located the truck and are asking the public to be observant for the vehicle and report any information regarding the incident to 315-265-2121.
The investigation is ongoing.
