BRASHER FALLS -- A man was charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child Thursday stemming from an Oct. 14 incident, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies.
Mark J. Larabay, 39, no hometown listed, was cited for the above charge following investigation of an altercation between two juveniles at St. Lawrence Central School, officers said.
The incident allegedly took place during a football game.
Larabay was cited and released, deputies said.
