EDWARDS — A Philadelphia resident was charged Wednesday following a larceny complaint, according to state police.
Ryan H. Kitts, 40, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and petit larceny at 3:10 p.m. police said.
His arrest status was not made public.
