LISBON — This winter sports season, Lisbon Central School District has seen three student-athletes achieve significant success in their basketball careers as they joined the LCS Hardwood Club.
The Hardwood Club is a group of Lisbon Central School District basketball players who have scored 1,000 points or more during their career.
Rachel LaRock scored her 1000th combined JV & Varsity Basketball career point on Dec. 17.
Cooper Rutheford was recognized on Jan.y 16 for his 1000th varsity basketball career point that was scored on Dec. 20.
Most recently, Allison Bell scored her 1,000th combined JV & Varsity Basketball career point on Jan. 18.
Both Rachel and Allison are fewer than 200 points away from achieving their varsity-only 1,000 point achievement.
