HAMMOND -- A Hammond man was charged with menacing Saturday morning, according to state police.
Patrick H. Edgar, 62, was charged at 9:40 p.m. with second-degree menacing and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, officers said.
He was released on his own recognizance, officers said.
