DEKALB -- A Gouverneur woman was charged with impaired driving Thursday afternoon, according to state police.
Elizabeth Daniels, 38, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while ability impaired by drugs and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation at 4 p.m., officers said.
She was cited and released.
