MASSENA -- Five Massena residents, two New Jersey men and a Rochester woman have been arrested on felony drug charges after Massena police executed a search warrant on King Street in the village of Massena on Oct. 24.
He was arraigned in Massena Town Court and released.
Also charged were Arthur Agaman, 28, and Justin M. Agaman, 23, both of New Jersey.
Police charged both men with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: drug with intent to sell (B Felony).
Arthur Agaman was arraigned in Massena Town Court and remanded to St. Laurence County Correctional Facility.
Justin Agaman was arraigned in Massena Town Court and released.
Police also charged Massena residents Mairkey E. LaBrake, 30, Heather M. Fetcie, 31, Justin M. Currier, 33 and Brandon M. Monroe, 33 with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: narcotic drug with intent to sell (B Felony).
Police say LaBrake, Fetcie and Currier were arraigned in Massena Town Court and released.
Monroe was arraigned in Massena Town Court and remanded to St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility.
Also arrested was Kerry J. Segelin, 29, of Rochester.
Police say she was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: narcotic drug with intent to sell (B Felony).
She was arraigned in Massena Town Court and released.
Recovered from the search warrant were 76 grams of crack cocaine and $318 in U.S. currency, police say.
Massena police were assisted by the St. Lawrence County Sheriff's Office, Department of Homeland Security Investigations and U.S. Border Patrol.
