MASSENA -- The family of Doris M. Haggart, age 98, are saddened to report her passing early Wednesday morning (January 31, 2024) at the Massena Rehabilitation & Nursing.

The family has entrusted arrangements, which are incomplete at this time, to the care and expertise of the Phillips Memorial Home in Massena.
