To the Editor:

The Staff and Board of Deep Root Center (DRC) would like to extend our gratitude to several businesses for their recent support of our programs. 

• Stewart's Shops donated $250 via their Holiday Match and an additional $300 towards our Healing through Creativity & Mentoring grant request. We are grateful for their continued support.
• North Country Savings Bank recently donated $200. 
• Huge gratitude to the Golub Foundation (Price Chopper) for funding $1000 to our Healing through Creativity & Mentoring grant request. They have been consistent supporters of DRC from the beginning. 
• SeaComm sponsored our programs for the second year in a row with a check for $610 in February. 

DRC, an educational alternative in St. Lawrence County with two locations, has made a promise to our community to accept any child who needs us no matter their family’s financial situation. This sponsorship offsets some of the $200,000 in fee reductions we offer each year to our student members and their families.
