CANTON – A Canton woman is now incarcerated at the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility for allegedly throwing 85 packets of Fentanyl out the window of the vehicle she was driving during a traffic stop.

St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s deputies charged Elizabeth A. During the course of the investigation, Briggs was found to have thrown a bag out the window of a motor vehicle. Said bag contained 85 individual packets of Fentanyl, according to deputies.
