POTSDAM -- A Canton man was charged with driving while intoxicated Tuesday after allegedly fleeing the scene of a personal-injury accident on CR 14, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies.
Curtis R. Gagnon, 37, was charged with first-offense DWI, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, felony, and leaving the scene of a property-damage accident, offices said.
Gagnon allegedly has a blood-alcohol content (BAC) of .11%, officers said.
He was cited and released.
